AI Edge Consulting shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or indirect damages arising from the use of or reliance upon any material provided by AI Edge Consulting.Without limitation, AI Edge Consulting shall not be responsible or liable for any losses or damages related to:

Business outcomes resulting from the implementation of course or training strategies;
Delays in accessing the AI Edge Consulting website or any provided material;
Absence of material on the AI Edge Consulting website;
Failure to deliver or delays in delivering material;
Errors in the transmission of material; or
Customer's use of any research or material deemed unsuitable under industry standards.

The terms "no-risk" and "risk-free" when used in our marketing refer solely to the refund policy for the subscription price and do not imply freedom from business or implementation risk.

2. Disclaimer of Warranty

All materials provided by AI Edge Consulting are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. While we provide education, training, and guidance, specific results cannot be guaranteed as they depend on various factors, including implementation, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

4. Course Content and Access

Upon completion of purchase, you will receive access to course materials and live training sessions as described on our website. Course access remains valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.Implementation consultation may be provided as part of the package and scheduled following course completion according to our availability.

5. Refund Policy

AI Edge Consulting offers a specific risk-reversal policy for The Human-AI Business Acceleration Blueprint™ course. If you implement the strategies taught in the course and do not see results, we will provide an additional private implementation session at no extra cost, designed to address your specific implementation challenges.For refund requests or to arrange the additional implementation session, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date. AI Edge Consulting reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

6. Pricing Structure

The Human-AI Business Acceleration Blueprint™ course is offered at a Founder's Price of $297 for the first fifty early adopters, with a regular price of $497. AI Edge Consulting reserves the right to modify pricing for future customers, though your purchase price will not change retroactively.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of AI Edge Consulting or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may access and use the materials for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way content from our site, including code and software, except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service.

15. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services to:
